Multi-line blowing, air tightness, vacuum drying, refrigerant operation and precautions

  1.   1. Blowing of copper pipes

  2,   1, role:

  Use pressure gas to flush pipes (raw material pipes or welded components) to remove dust (solid impurities cannot be blown out, so pay attention to protection during construction) and moisture.

  2,   2, the main purpose of blowing:

  Remove oxide powder or partial oxide scale in copper pipes. Remove dirt and moisture from the tube.

  3,    3, the hazards of not blowing:

  The residual solid impurities and moisture in the pipeline cannot be effectively removed, which will lead to serious failures such as ice blockage, dirty blockage and compressor stuck.

  4.   The blowing process is as follows:

  1. Install the pressure regulating valve on the nitrogen cylinder, and the gas used must be nitrogen.

  2. Connect the outlet end of the pressure regulating valve to the inlet on the air pipe side of the outdoor unit with an inflatable pipe.

  3. Use blind plugs to block all liquid side copper pipe interfaces (including unit B) except indoor unit A.
