We all know that the air cooler, as an important part of the cold storage, is very important to the cooling effect of the cold storage. Therefore, in the overall design of the cold storage, there are extremely strict requirements on how to select the air cooler and how to install the air cooler.
1. During installation, it should ensure smooth airflow, uniform air supply in the cold storage, and easy maintenance. The cooling fan has a fan range of 7 meters. When installing, pay attention to the uniform temperature of the cold storage with a length of more than 7 meters.
2. The exhaust direction of the fan should face the door as much as possible, and the suction side should avoid the door.
3. The configuration of the liquid supply pipe should ensure that the liquid supply is sufficient, and there is no flash gas before the expansion valve; the configuration of the return gas pipe should ensure that the oil return is smooth and the pressure loss does not exceed 2PSIG. After the return gas pipe exits the evaporator, an oil return bend should be added when ascending, and the ascending section should be reduced in diameter.
4. The roof of extra-large cold storage needs to be supported by columns. Saw column holes on the bottom plate, and fix the column to the ground with expansion bolts. Drop the steel beam and weld it to the column. If the height needs to be adjusted, add pad iron between the steel beam and the column. The top plate is placed on the steel beam. And do a good job of sealing between the library boards, and install decorative parts.
5. When two or more cold storages are connected in parallel as a one-way system, each cold storage should be equipped with a solenoid valve to ensure uniform supply of liquid to each cold storage.
6. The expansion valve temperature bulb should be installed in a horizontal position as close as possible to the return pipe of the evaporator.
